We have nothing but praise for the many staff we have encountered over the last many months of various treatments.

My complaint is about the choice of system that patients encounter when needing to contact the hospital. There is zero customer serviceand zero options to triage! There is no ability to leave a message or book time for a callback or request a chat or access faq or email. Even the mydoversil system is not responsive if you happen to have that for even one of your specialists.

In this day and age where even banks have figured this out. I expect a cancer centre which has some patients in dire straights with bad chemo reactions to have patient centred access. Come on now! You can do better.
