Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre which is a hospital located in Thunder Bay Ontario Canada forces all pregnant women to undergo a vaginal exam in order to be admitted into Labour & Delivery. Pregnant women who refuse are turned away. This is a complete violation of the Health Care Consent Act which is the law. In other words this hospital breaks the law and has been getting away with it, until now. This is something you would expect to happen in a country where women have no rights. Andrée Robichaud is the President and CEO of this hospital.
