We were indeed disappointed to note the rude and offensive manner of MRI technician Maryna Dzyger on February 4, 2011 at North York General Hospital in Toronto. She was trying to cover-up her poor command of English by yelling at patrons.

    MY LAST 2 MRI TESTS HAD TECHCNICIANS…. THAT WERE JUST “”OUT OF THIS WORLD”””.

    ALSO, CARLA SHOULD KNOW THAT WE ARE
    N O T “PATRONS”…… WE ARE NOT ATTENDING A GALA, A CONCERT, ETC.

    WE ARE NOTED SIMPLY TO BE “PATIENTS”.
