August 9th, 2021 I went to emergency for a dog bite concern. The place was overcrowded and poorly staffed.
Felt a bad premonition of “slow could not care less” attitudes. Mask muffled conversation which was already strained, the calling of announcement were really poor and difficult to hear. Yes, COVID is tough on the nursing staff but patience are still in regular need of attention. I missed my call. I repeatedly checked with the nurse about my status of position. Different answers who ever answered. Eventuell I checked my phone and found a call for me, when I made contact I was told that I was taken off the list and deemed gone!!!
That particular nurse was unrelenting and told me to re-register!!! after I spend 4 hours waiting in line.
This is unacceptable.
