I would like to make a complaint about Rouge Valley Centenary Hospital. My cousin was admitted at this hospital on March 24, 2015, I was unable to go with him and I called the hospital several times wanting to know how he was doing? The attendants at the hospital did not answer the phone after calling several times. After the 5th time calling they finally answered the phone. My cousin could have died at the hospital and I would not have known a thing about how he was doing or if he was dead or alive. This is a major concern to me an my family, and I require immediate investigation on this matter. There should be more people working at the hospital answering phones.
