On July 2010, I received a letter from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), about their final decision, regarding my complaint about Dr George Arnold.
After my complaint, I learned that Dr Arnold was a Board member of the Complaints Committee.

Dr Arnold was the Dr that I had taken my pregnant wife to, only for her to divorce me and later marry him. I had warned this doctor, to stay away from my then wife but he did not listen. He even took my wife to a boxing event that i was in. I had them removed and the next day, the wife called the Police to remove me from the home because I was too jealous of her gay doctor friend, Dr Arnold.
She divorced me and later married the Doctor.

The problems from the ex wife and the Doctor, eventually led to me quitting my job. The Dr wrote in a court document, all my medical conditions and medications (depression and high blood pressure), as well as his medical opinion on my ability to work.

I asked for and received an audit on my hospital file and found out that Dr Arnold had accessed my file on 2 occasions. Why would a Gynecologist log into my file?

The final decision from CPSO ….
“DR ARNOLD IS HEREBY CAUTIONED REGARDING HIS INAPPROPRIATE USE OF HIS POSITION AS A PHYSICIAN TO RENDER A MEDICAL OPINION ABOUT AN INDIVIDUAL’S ABILITY TO WORK WHEN HE WAS NOT IN A POSITION TO DO SO”.

Nothing about my complaint was ever written in the CPSO site and the doctor remained as a board member of CPSO.

I still have a fear of my life, as this doctor feels he can do whatever with my life.
I don’t want to take actions on my own and would continue to look for a legal option.
Eventually, this case must be settled. It has to be.
