This hospital has a habit of not notifying their patients when an appointment needs to be changed. I had to take a day off work to make a kidney scan appt and they called me that day to cancel it.

The second appt was for an angiography that was rescheduled twice. Then on the evening before the appt, they notified me that I needed bloodwork done first. I don’t understand why they don’t get their ducks in a row before wasting my time as well as their own time in rescheduling. Or is this their solution to hospital wait times? Just reschedule people until they see them 3 months later.
